Mark A. Tate was admitted to practice law in 1992 at age 24. He received his AV rating after only seven years practicing law as a plaintiff’s trial lawyer. At age 31, he was honored as practicing at the pinnacle of professional excellence, an honor earned through a strenuous peer review rating process. At age 31, he was recognized as having the highest Peer Review Rating in Legal Ability and Ethical Standards.
